Wake Up Yoga South

Work on wrist and shoulder health by learning mindful ways to stretch and strengthen your wrists and shoulders. Movements will include preparations for yoga asana (hands and knees, downdog, updog, plank, bridge, shoulder stands, etc.). Additionally, we’ll explore movements not generally seen in yoga to support the full structure of the wrist and shoulder to create balance. The workshop will start with a centering activity, move into wrist and shoulder warm up, and move into some poses to explore application into yoga classes.
