During this program, we will explore essential principles of the Buddhist path focusing on practicing formless meditation, overcoming self-deception and bringing our natural spiritual wisdom alive in our everyday lives. Topics include: The Buddhist Path; Just Sitting; The Psychology of Self-Deception; The Wisdom of a Broken Heart; Sudden Clarity; and The Mandala Principle.
