Registration is open 48 hours before the scheduled class, with 60 minutes after the class has started to cancel–if you do not cancel within that time, your account will be charged. 

Please note that classes start on time; it is best to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the class to secure your spot. In order to keep everyone’s valuables safe, the front door will be locked no later than 5 minutes after class begins.

Class Descriptions:

Baby & Me: During this baby-friendly gentle flow class, new moms have a chance to get reacquainted with their bodies. With babies resting nearby on yoga-blanket “boats” or cuddled in mom’s arms, moms are encouraged to ease into movement, regaining strength, boosting energy, and easing the aches and pains of new-motherhood among a welcoming community. Beginners welcome.

Brand New Beginners: Multi-week series methodically designed to introduce and familiarize students with vinyasa yoga. Each week builds on the prior week with plenty of time built in for questions. Pre-registration is required.

Donation Class: Donation based flow classes with all proceeds going towards a local charity or organization. Pay-what-you-can with a minimum suggested donation of $5. All levels welcome.

Family Yoga (Once a Month): Have fun with your family on the mat! Strengthen muscles, focus, and (most importantly) relationships while moving through playful, fun, and sweet shapes. Learn partner poses, play games, and enjoy moving and breathing together. Ages 4–10.

Gentle Flow: Move with ease through a gently-paced, highly accessible flow class designed to cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and calm the mind. All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

Invigorating Flow: Build strength, confidence, and endurance as you move through this energetically-paced flow class, inviting the body into increasingly challenging postures and honing your ability to embrace challenges, on and off the mat. All levels welcome.

Prenatal Flow: Discover strength, courage, and grace with yoga postures designed specifically for the pregnant body. Among an intimate class size and supportive community, embrace the journey towards motherhood and prepare for the transformative process of childbirth.

Restorative (Once a Month): Floor poses supported with blankets, bolsters and blocks, and enjoyed for 5-20 minutes each. Release tension and allow gravity to draw you towards the steadiness of the ever-present Earth. Relax. Replenish. Restore.

Toddler & Me: Just because baby is moving, doesn’t mean moms and dads have to stop! This basic flow class is for parents and caregivers who want to get out and get moving while their little movers (crawlers through 4 years old) play and explore. Beginners welcome.

Vinyasa+Restorative: A steady and well balanced flow practice followed by several cooling and rejuvenating restorative poses. Beginners welcome.

Vinyasa+Yin: 45 minutes of harmonizing vinyasa followed by 30 minutes of yin.

Vitality Flow: Dive into an exploration of breath and body with this profoundly satisfying flow class that strikes a harmonious balance between deep engagement and sweet expansion for a feeling of overall well-being. All levels welcome.

Wake Up MeditationA formless style of meditation training our minds to transition from mindfulness to wakefulness. Instructions given, donations appreciated.

Well-Rounded (Once a Month): Focus on the strength and vitality of YOUR perfect body with a vinyasa (flow) class designed for bodies of size, with accessible variations, proper use of props, and a healthy dose of radical self-love. All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

Yin YogaRelease muscular effort as you sink into shapes for 3-5 minutes so as to traction the body and lengthen fascia. Designed to enhance mobility/flexibility, build inner energetic reserves and dissipate energetic blockages. Simple, not always easy.
