Class Descriptions:

Brand New Beginners: Multi-week series methodically designed to introduce and familiarize students with vinyasa yoga. Each week builds on the prior week with plenty of time built in for questions. Pre-registration is required.

Gentle Flow: Move with ease through a gently-paced, highly accessible flow class designed to cultivate strength, enhance flexibility, relieve stress, and calm the mind. All levels welcome. Beginners encouraged.

Heart & SoulFlow Immersion (Once a Month): This two-hour immersive yoga experience incorporates pranayama, mantra, live music, engaging themes, and intelligent sequencing, to uncover depth and space you never thought possible and cultivate abiding peace and joy. Class pricing differs. All levels welcome.

Invigorating Flow: Build strength, confidence, and endurance as you move through this energetically-paced flow class, inviting the body into increasingly challenging postures and honing your ability to embrace challenges, on and off the mat. All levels welcome.

Prenatal Flow: Discover strength, courage, and grace with yoga postures designed specifically for the pregnant body. Among an intimate class size and supportive community, embrace the journey towards motherhood and prepare for the transformative process of childbirth.

Restorative (Once a Month):Floor poses supported with blankets, bolsters, and blocks and enjoyed for 5–20 minutes each. Release tension and allow gravity to draw you towards the steadiness of the ever-present earth. Relax. Replenish. Restore.

Vinyasa+Restorative: A steady and well balanced flow practice followed by several cooling and rejuvenating restorative poses. Beginners welcome.

Vitality Flow: Dive into an exploration of breath and body with this profoundly satisfying flow class that strikes a harmonious balance between deep engagement and sweet expansion for a feeling of overall well-being. All levels welcome.

Yin YogaRelease muscular effort as you sink into shapes for 3-5 minutes so as to traction the body and lengthen fascia. Designed to enhance mobility/flexibility, build inner energetic reserves and dissipate energetic blockages. Simple, not always easy.
