Kelly Mitchell is a 200RYT and personal trainer with additional certifications in Lifestyle Coaching, Nutrition Coaching and Reiki. Kelly’s personal yoga practice was the catalyst to healing after years of struggling with a negative body image and anxiety. She opened her yoga studio in 2013 and began her journey of inspiring others towards enlightened transformation. Her goal is to incorporate yoga, exercise, lifestyle management and a healthy relationship with food as a cumulative experience.
