Yoga Nidra brings one into profound relaxation, facilitating deep levels of healing, for body, mind and emotions.

We will prepare for this blissful experience with Restorative Asana and therapeutic breath work, accompanied by the enchanting sounds of the harmonium, to move into this ancient yoga practice that reveals the innate stillness of the mind, increasing concentration and decreasing stress.
