Raise your vibration with call-and-response chanting, led by Monica Kriso on the harmonium. Call-and-response chanting is a wonderful way to tune in, purify the mind, and open your heart. Monica will lead the Wake Up Yoga West cOMmUNITY in simple mantras. This class is designed for those who already love to chant, as well as for those who are considering bringing the powerful practice of chanting into their lives, both on and off the mat. All are welcome.
