Exhale the weight of your body into the support of the ever-present earth while unraveling stress, fatigue and disharmony. Utilizing gravity as a prop, you will sink through your skin and bones, beyond your thoughts, past even the ripples and waves of your emotions, landing softly into your bliss body, where there is joy, unity and ease.
We will begin with Pranayama to open the energetic channels, and simple Meditation to quiet the mind. Next, supported Asanas and gentle movement will continue to draw you inward where you can survey without judgment or expectation your inner landscape, releasing held tension and opening to an ever-increasing experience of vitality. A long and luxurious Savasana (final relaxation) will allow the practice to work its magic. The class will finish with joyous chanting and meditation.
