Cait began practicing yoga on and off in 2012. She mainly practiced at home aside from trying a prenatal class at that time. She really began a steady practice when moving back to Fairmount after some difficult life changes and walked into Wake Up Yoga. She was intrigued by how much yoga helped her mentally and physically. She became immersed not only in the physical practice but in the mental and spiritual practice as well. Wanting to dive deeper, Cait enrolled in Wake Up Yoga’s Foundational Teacher Training program and completed her 250 hours in 2017. She is humbly grateful for her teachers Corina Benner, Felicia Graham Comisar, Laura Edoff, and Stephanie Berliner.
Cait loves how powerful yoga is in uniting body and mind. She aims to create a class that is calm and grounding, meeting each student where they are, while still encouraging students to challenge themselves and build strength and flexibility.
