Judie’s classes are fun, focused, nurturing, deeply healing, and revealing. She includes pranayama (practice of breathing) in every class. To allow for resting and digesting, she seamlessly guides students from active postures to more passive, reflective, counter poses. Her subtle focus on alignment and efficient use of energy allow for greater access to breath. When the breath becomes fuller, we begin to move with ease and grace toward physical balance and mental clarity.
Judie completed her 250 hour WUY teacher training in 2010. She is currently working toward her 500 hour Teacher Training with The Himalayan Institute.
